FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY
Your Story Beautifully Told
One day, you'll look back at this photo and remember exactly how it felt.
The chaos. The laughter. The way your toddler wouldn't stop collecting sticks. How your teenager actually smiled (after the fifteenth attempt). The feeling of everyone you love most in one place.
These are the days that feel impossibly long but disappear in a blink.
Right now, you're in the thick of it—the school runs, the sports practices, the endless laundry. It's easy to put off family photos because there's always something else that needs doing, someone who "won't cooperate," or the feeling that things aren't quite "perfect" yet.
But here's the truth: Your family doesn't need to be perfect to be perfectly photographed.
The messy hair, grass-stained knees, and silly faces? That's the real stuff. That's what you'll want to remember.
My family sessions are relaxed, fun, and completely child-led. We play, explore, and let moments unfold naturally. No stiff poses. No forced smiles. Just your family being YOUR family—with all the love, connection, and beautiful chaos that comes with it.
What Makes My Sessions Different?
Child Led Approach
Your kids set the pace. Want to run? We run. Want to explore? We explore. Fascinated by rocks? We photograph rocks.
I work WITH your children's energy, not against it. The result? Authentic smiles, genuine expressions, and photos that actually LOOK like your kids.
No "say cheese." No forced poses. Just real childhood captured beautifully.
Authentic Connection
The best photos happen in the in-between moments. The giggles. The hand-holding. The whispered secrets. The spontaneous hugs.
I'm watching for those genuine connections—the way you look at each other, the natural interactions that happen when you forget about the camera.
These are the moments you'll treasure forever.
Zero Pressure
Family photos shouldn't feel like a chore. I keep things light, fun, and relaxed.
Kids having a meltdown? We take a break. Someone needs a snack? No problem. Toddler wants to be carried the entire time? I've got backup poses for that.
As a mum myself, I get it. We'll make this work, and you'll actually enjoy the experience.

Common Questions

Q: What if my kids won't cooperate?
A: This is my superpower! I specialise in working with kids who "don't do photos." We make it fun, let them lead, and take breaks as needed. Nine times out of ten, kids who were reluctant at the start don't want to leave by the end. Trust the process!

Q: What should we wear?
A: I send a detailed style guide after booking! General rule: coordinating (not matching), comfortable, and true to your style. Think layers, textures, and neutral tones with pops of color. Avoid logos, characters, and neon colors.
Q: When should we schedule our session?
A: For outdoor sessions, I recommend spring or autumn for comfortable temperatures and beautiful light. Summer is gorgeous but hot—we shoot early morning or evening. Winter? Studio sessions are cosy and perfect!
Q: How long does the session take?
A: 45-90 minutes, but we're flexible. If kids need more time to warm up or we're on a roll, we adjust. There's no clock-watching—we work at YOUR family's pace.
Q: What if the weather is bad?
A: We'll reschedule for outdoor sessions if weather is unsafe. Light rain? Overcast? Sometimes that creates the most magical photos! We'll discuss options and make the call together.
Q: Can we bring props or pets?
A: Absolutely! Favorite toys, books, or your family dog can make photos even more meaningful. Just let me know in advance so I can plan.

Ange made the whole process absolutely enjoyable for the entire family. My kids were skeptical at first, but within minutes they were showing her their cartwheels and asking if we could do this again. The results were top notch—I'm in love with every single photo. She captured us perfectly, chaos and all.
