Happy Diwali!

Our favourite Indian dish!

October is such a huge month in our household, we celebrate 𝑫𝒊𝒘𝒂𝒍𝒊 every year & I think it is just about our favourite day of the year!

Diwali symbolizes the spiritual "victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance"

It’s a Hindu celebration full of love, colour, food, and dancing! We had the fabulous Mandi from Henna Gipsy join us & she was one of the highlights of the night for the kids & adults.

My beautiful children were born in Mumbai and love to celebrate this side of their heritage.

I wanted to share with you their favourite Indian dish, it is the first one devoured on the night! it can be made gluten free by using GF stock & dairy free by substituting butter with nuttelex or coconut oil & substituting the cream with coconut cream.

I bet your family will love it as much as we do. I you try it then make sure you let me know what they think !

Check out some of the photos & the recipe below.

Happy cooking & have a great week!

Ange xx
